chocolate fudge brownie phase 2
 

i think this is allowed ,but not sure about the ground almonds
4 tbspoon ground almonds
2 tbspoon cocoa
1 teasp baking powder
4 tblspoon agave nectar
3 tblspoon melted smart balance
1/2 teasp vanilla extract
1 egg
mix dry ingredients, add the rest of the ingredients to the dry mix well
spoon into silicone muffin cases should make 6
microwave on high for 11/2 to 2 mins , tops will be slightly damp but if you pull away from the side of the case you can see they are cooked

Ground almonds are fine for Phase 2, and your recipe sounds good.
