Grape Salad

  • Title: Grape Salad

    Ingredients:
    2 pounds seedless grapes (using 1 lb of green and 1 lb of red is pretty)
    1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
    1 (8 ounce) container fat free sour cream
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    4 ounces chopped pecans
    2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar


    Directions:
    Wash and dry grapes. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again and refrigerate until serving.

  • Thanks for the recipe. This sounds like it would taste yummy and decadent. I'll bet the sauce would be good on all kinds of fruit salad or as a dipping sauce.
