Default Ricotta cheese

Hi! Just tried skim ricotta cheese with splenda and sugar free jam on top! Wonderful!!!!

I've got another one, for those who love those Toblerone chocolate oranges...1/2 c part-skim ricotta, 1/2 tsp orange extract, 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder, & 1 packet Nutrasweet.

i love bread and rice pudding (the cinnamon flavor of it and such), so i used 1/2 c part skin ricotta, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp cinnamon...and it gives me the flavor that i miss. hehe
