Hot fudge yougurt sundae...

I just had this and it was pretty good. I took a half cup ff plain yogurt and covered it with homemade hot fudge (made with 1 tbsp hershey's cocoa powder and 2 packets splenda added to about 1/8th cup water boiling in saucepan while mixing fast with fork). 80 cals and pretty satisfying, believe it or not.
