Frozen yogurt!
 

I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner, but today I made frozen yogurt in my ice cream maker that has been collecting dust in my basement for months. I used a 750g container of FF plain yogurt, a vanilla bean with the seed scraped into the yogurt, 1tsp of vanilla extract and 1/2c splenda. Next time I'd use 2/3 cup, but wow was this delicious! What a treat! Mmm!
