  • Good Morning,

    How is everyone today? I'm feeling much better today than yesterday (TOM)

    Everyone doing okay with their plan? how about exercise? any commitments for the week?
  • Howdy! Feeling a bit draggy and bloated today, probably from over-consumption of sugar over the weekend. Today however starts a new week and a new chance!
    I've committed to exercise this week at least 30 mins/day Monday-Friday, in advance of vacation starting this Saturday. Going to an 1 hr exercise class this evening to get started.

  • Hi I have been a little busy lately. I am not sure why either. I just seem to have all of my days packed. I guess that 1 1/2 hrs of exersise a day is taking a big chunk out, but I am really enjoying that time. I hope everyone is doing well. I am feeling pretty good these days. I am not having insomnia problems as bad as usual and I am not feeling too depressed either. I think this exersise is doing me some good. Well I hope everyone has a few good days.

    Been an up and down week for me - been jogging a few times and really enjoyed it, but also had a lot of wine and snacks *shame*.
    Still, am in last few weeks of writing my thesis, so trying not to beat myself up about it just now.

    I also can't stop eating cheese-strings. I know they are processed rubbish...but i seem to love them!

    Trish, you keep up the exercise, it is said to help with depression emensely (sp?) lolol the more you do, the more you'll love it. YOU GO GIRL

    Smurf, I love string cheese too, I have it for breakfast almost every day.... keeps me away from bad choices. Jogging cooooooool !!

    Well its tuesday.... I'm wearing my pretty shoes today so that makes me feel good How are you ?

  • Hey all.

    I feel awful. No I'm not sick, but I for one am all achy and all from my workout yesterday (over did it a bit) and someone very close to me is not speaking to me. I know things happen, life moves on, but do you ever just feel like the worst person ever? That is how I feel. I feel like no matter what I do its always the wrong thing.

    I just want to go to bed and put the covers over my head and stay there, but I know that won't get much accomplished.................

    Sassy you'll feel better and keep up the exercise, it really will pay off. Just don't do to much at first, ease into it. Hang in there

    How's everyone doing on their plans? I'm doing okay, can be better but I'm making good choices (better choices).

    Leenie - thanks for keeping us accountable.....well to answer your question...no exercise. I just can't figure out how to get it in. I'm eating light, watching my calories, and trying to get my water in....so all in all...I'm trying to be good.

    Its a rainy day out, just what us SAD people don't need LOLOL. But what can you do.

    No boss today so I can relax a bit and do my work instead of feeling tense b/c he is here. Makes me wanna run around bare foot

  • I am avoiding all the other things that need to be done...so here I am! Not that there is anything wrong with chillaxing...but relaxing has never been my strong point.
    Working evenings this weekend....plus all week so I am tired but thats ok.
    PMSing and found out I am endometriosis....so not sure what the plan will be for that.
    Anyhow hi to you all...wet and rainy here...but soon enough it will be snowing.
