Good Afternoon

Well today's officially the first day of kindergarten, now my DD is GROWN UP! lolol.

I've started my "healthy" eating today, I just hope I can stick with it

awwww the first day of kindergarten....I remember it like it was yesterday. Tell me Mom, did you cry? or were you a big girl? I don't remember which were more emotional for me - the first day of kindergarten or graduation - but they are both milestones for us and our kids.

I have NO DOUBT you can stick to your healthy eating! so what's on the menu for today?

Cathy I did not cry LOL, I did cry when she gradulated Pre-K LOLOL, I was emotional though Not sure what I'm eating today, how about you? Salad for lunch is definitly on the menu.

Nothing much is going on, sosdd. Just dealing with every day life is keeping me on my toes so to speak.

Leenie - everyday life can be really busy huh! hang in there girlie. I have no idea what I'm eating today. I have a nail appt at noon so maybe some oatmeal or a protein drink for lunch - something healthy tho.

Did you get yer nails all purdy? You know I"ve never had a manicure!!! ever, my dd has had 2 and she's only 5.. I dunno, either I'm to cheap or I don't want some one touching me. ... hmmmmmm LOLOL ;-)

Well how was everyone labor day weekend? Mine was good.I went to Maryland to visit my parents.We did the BBQing thing on Sunday and I didn't overindulge.I was proud of myself.I also got to hear my neice/nephew kicking inside the womb.I am so excited about being an auntie.I am really hoping they have a girl but I will love either ya know what I mean?

As for today I am really tired and 7 hour drive really takes alot out of you especially when you hit a two hour traffic jam in the middle of Baltimore.

How is everyone else doing? Good I hope.

I don't know where this week has gone. I don't think I even got on the computer yesterday. I am still walking everyday. Things are going really well. I am able to keep up with it. I hope everything else is going ok.

Watcha all got planned for this weekend? anything exciting? There is a flea market up the street from my house that I'll check out with DD tomorrow. Its a crapy one but she's small and has fun so I'll go and buy some junk LOL.

Wow! where has this week gone?!?

Glad everyone is doing fine.

I'm hoping to get some routines going here. With the start of school, A in uni, and C's judo. I feel like I'm doing a lot of running around. And my poor old washer packed it in on Tues. Thankfully my mom had one sitting in her "extra" house so we are able to "borrow" it until we get ours fixed or replaced. Hubby is planning on looking at ours today or tomorrow to see if its fixable. But at least I can carry on. Been trying to get the girls all set on supplies, but every time I turn around someone needs something else I thought I had them all set, but evidently not yet. One good thing is that A and I and of course the dog are back doing our morning walks after the bus leaves, so yay! (the dog was starting to get fat )

Anyway I hope everyone has a wonderful day and a great weekend, I have to get something done, I actually have the house to myself (well, with dog, rabbit, birds and fish) so I have no excuses not to get something done!!

Popping in to say hi.

I bought a new bathroom scale (other one died.. dead.. finished.. I probably squashed the poor thing to death over its 20 year life ) and it weighs considerably heavier than the old one. I'm ok with that... *L.. I just have NO IDEA WHAT I"VE LOST NOW!!!!

Since I went back to the WW meetings AFTER I started the food program, I can only go by what I lost each week there. I THINK I'm down another pound or two, but who knows? *L... oye!

My pants are loose tho.. this is good.

Judo congrats on the new scale and the additional weight loss WHOOT!!! and yes lose clothes feel sooooooooooo good. How's DD?

Buddly, routine....... I freak w/out a routine, even if its the simplest. I'm such a creature of habit that anything out of the norm I panic LOLOL Glad you got your dog back into walking lolol. You know those front load washers..... hint hint... I would LUV one of those but our machine is still running fine after 10 years so I have no excuse to get one lol, I'd get one either in green or blue.. something different from white ya know.

I'm taking DD to the flea market up the street from my house this morning, but thats about it for plans, other than some cleaning and laundry. I love my weekends simple
