Default Does anyone develop depression on low fat diets?

Everytime i go on a low fat diet, I get VERY depressed. Needless to say, I won't be doing that anymore, but i'm wondering if it's the same way for others. I find that I HAVE to have a good supply of good fats in my eating plan

Yes !! When I was on Atkins I felt wonderful, and I didn't get my seasonal depression. Are you thinking of trying a low carb diet?

I've done low carb before, and while I enjoyably lost weight, it isn't a way i can eat for life. Every blue moon, I like to eat low fat...unfortunately - it makes me BLUE - LOL!
