it's almost noon here but I've been in and out of the office all morning.

Thanks for all the great ideas and suggestions for things to bring for lunch without a fridge or microwave.

Now.....does anyone have any ideas for what I can bring to eat without those things and ANOTHER BROKEN TOOTH!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr this is getting so old. Must be like the 5th or 6th time I've had to fix a broken tooth since Jan 1. I am so tired of this!!! But the dentist is getting me in quickly and it will be fixed by tomorrow afternoon. I do believe this is another symptom of my thyroid going untreated for so many many years. But whatever it is it's getting kind of old but since I like having teeth in my mouth I guess I'll continue to deal with it

So what is everyone up to today?

Morning to all!

I slept at 4 am last night and woke this morning at 8 am...

Yesterday was great! Walked 2 hours + ellipticalled 40 minutes. And stuck to JC food.

Results for my recent weigh in...2 lbs in 2 weeks

Tonight I'm going to a staff party...with alcohol...so I'm going to find some way out of drinking those empty calories.

Cathy, I'd say hardboiled eggs again...or a shake. You can always go the supermarket and buy those meal replacement shakes in cans.

Leenie, I'm looking forward to seeing more of you tomorrow! Your comments are so encouraging

Not much new here We're still waiting on a buyer for our house. Our realtor has advanced us money to do some repairs which we'll pay back at closing. We're getting new carpet for the hallway and bedrooms . The sad thing is, just when the house is really looking good..it will be time to leave! We're probably going to a small rental apt. or house at least for now . Please keep us in prayer for a place..and for God's timing. My ankle biopsy is scheduled for 2 weeks from today My foot is in God's hands

Leenie: When is away, the will play ! Have fun while the boss is gone!

Cathy: OUCH! I'm sorry to hear about your broken tooth. Thank God your dentist will be able to get to you right away.

Peanut: Congratulations on your loss! And WTG on the exercise Maybe you could stick to bottled water or tonic with a slice of lemon or lime rather than the booze at your party. Have a good time!

Cathy I wonder if you are grinding your teeth at night? It can be hard on already fragile or even healthy teeth.........I know alot of my stress is in my jaw. Good luck with it!
