3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Well ladies I hope you remember me!:) I had taken a hiatus from the weight loss trials to deal with my feelings about my body image and and some of my life choices. I have come to alot of new understandings about myself and the way I look at things. I'm back and better than ever mentally. I have finally gotten rid of excuses and I've joined a gym and all though I don't like to admit it, while I was gone I put on all of the weight I'd taken off plus some. I got up to 215 but thanks to a wonderful fitness instructor by the name of Jonathan I am now back down to 201 and still working hard. He works hard at making everyday that I'm at gym a fun day ( but also a productive one). He is currently working on a fitness plan that will help me to do more of the workout on my own. The gym is awesome. Alot of the people that go there are alot older than me, but they are soo supportive and encouraging. When I leave there I am in a good mood and feel like a million bucks even if I can't do the whole workout that day, because I know that I gave it my best.
Jonathan also made me go get my cholesterol run because I am so overweight. The numbers that came back shocked me! I didn't think that at 29 high cholesterol was something I had to worry about. Boy was I wrong! My LDL is 185 my HDL is 27 my triglycerides are 224. My total cholesterol reading is a 257! I will find out my body fat percentage probably tomorrow but I already know it's high. Anyway I hope that everyone is doing ok. I sure have missed you guys. I thought about ya'll alot while I was getting myself together. TTYL :grouphug:
