Temazepam
 

Was wondering if anyone has taken it, I've been given 10 days of it at 20mg today to try and get me back into a sleep pattern as I've not been sleeping for sometime proper....

I'd be grateful for some advice...

Sorry hon, I've never been on Temazepam. I hope some one will chime in soon for you. How did you make out last night, did it help ?

Serax? I think that is the other name. I have never heard anything bad about it......only a temporary solution though.......did it work last night? Some people don't like the Hung over feeling.......esp if you don't sleep the full 8 hours or so it is supposed to give you.
