Danielle-The crazy thing is, my husband is in the mental health field. He's in the air force reserves, working with a psychiatrist, doing evals, etc. You'd think he'd be a little more understanding!! Oh well. That's the way it goes sometimes.

i don't think that's so crazy lol

i have 2 friends who are nurses and both of them are highly resistant to anything that suggests mental health issues. both got diagnosed with depression and refused to believe it even tho they had both worked with patients with depression and other mental health issues. it's one of those things that people only believes happens to other people. they never like to think it can happen so close to home!!!

Damn it. I'm spiralling down again. I hate this. I hate this time.
