My Plan, and I'm sticking to it!

As of TODAY, no more xenedrine pills. They worked great for my energy and weight loss, but my depression MUST be under control.

So...my plan to get HaPpY is:

Wellbutrin SR in the morning, 150 mg.
Phentermine 37.5 mg twice a day.
Only Jenny Craig food.
No eating past 9 pm.
Frequent rides on my lovely gazelle.

And that's IT! Done deal. No more compulsive researching on the internet for diet short cuts for me...

*slams hand on table and walks triumphantly out of room*

What's YOUR plan?

My plan is Celexa 20mg and Metformin/Glyburide 250 mg (diabetes med) in the morning. Gotta keep the blood sugars down!
Weight Watchers meeting once a week, write down everything I eat every day.
Exercising at Curves 4 days a week, walking 2 days a week.
No eating after 9 pm.

GO US! :)

Soooo? do we get an update??? How ya doing chicklet ??

Yesss...UPDATE TIME!!!

Well, tomorrow is actually my Jenny Craig weigh-in but I just couldn't wait to talk to you ladies.

I took my meds like I was supposed to, and amazingly, they made me feel less hungry!
I guess I was too phased out in the beginning to notice my appetite.
I did end up eating past 9pm twice because I came home from work absolutely exhausted and famished.
PLUS my friends and I went out for pasta, and I don't think I had much...but the whole time I was chewing I was beating myself up inside for not sticking to my Jenny food.
I exercised every day since posting on my gazelle, so CHECK mark for that!

Oh, and may I just add that I'VE NEVER FELT BETTER BEING OFF THE XENADRINE!
They gave me energy and probably did speed my metabolism, but they also gave me an excuse to cheat and binge.
I like knowing now that it's all up to me (and my doctor).
I doubt I will have lost anything this week, considering my stupid social outings and binges.

Hope you're all doing great out there!

Plan plan plan is the key. I AM finding it easier to stick to this though.
