Just popping in.. I really do not like getting up to go to work for 5am I am running late again but always check my email before I leave so.... :carrot:

I had a scale VICTORY this AM!
i had to get on 3 times to check
186 woohoo thats 18 pounds gone!
i reevaluated my goals based on what some other women were doing so now I'm shooting for 130!

Sorry about the early morning Stephanie, I hope that's temporary and not permanent. I'm a lot earlier now than I'm used to and I'm even thinking about getting up earlier to work out. I've never been a morning person in the past, but waking up seems like it's getting easier and maybe a new tape will inspire me.

Congrats on the scale victory Kierie, that's very inspiring :D

Can't say the exercise is really going Leenie :o But the days sure are. Making mistakes at work and stressing out about the woman who I am supposed to replace. She is a good friend of mine, and supposed to move to another building and new department, but wants to stay here and keep a better desk situation! :mad: Despite my liking her personally I just can't help but think that's a bad idea, her continuing to use someone else's space. She knows I don't like it, but maybe she doesn't realize I also need to crawl out from underneath her shadow to thrive here as well. We shall see...oftentimes worrying and stressing about things ends up being silly anyways when the situation fixes itself. Sorry to be whiney this week, just want this work thing DONE.:tantrum:

Lovely ladies ;) hope you are all doing well, exercising, succeeding, eating healthy, and most of all FEELING GOOD :cloud9: about yourselves! Everyone should take a few minutes and think about the qualities that they like about themselves. I'd offer you some, but have to admit I need to get to know ya'll a little better first :)

Sorry about your work situation. I don't think that you're being whiney.

I am doing and feeling well, exercising, eating healthy, and trying to feel good about myself. Right now, if I took a few minutes, I think that I could come up with some qualities that I like about myself, but don't know if it's :cloud9: :lol: :lol:

Hope you get to know us a little better so you could offer us some. :)
