3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

After some time away due to health problems, I'm back (again)! My physicians have finally released me today to do some light exercising. I had a few scares that resulted in several visits to a cardiologist and various tests. In the interim, I was put on anxiety Rx because of worrying about the results, then taken off Rx and put back on Rx. My body seems to be yo-yoing with all the Rx changes, but at least I'm alive and very glad that my shortness of breath is due mainly to my weight and NOT heart problems as originally thought by my GP. I am so thankful that I was blessed with a second chance to improve my health! My current weight as of this morning's doctor's appointment is 256 3/4. My initial goal this time is 225.

If any of you ladies have free weight loss ebooks (particularly upbeat ones that offer encouragement instead of focuses on dire consequences) you wouldn't mind sharing, I would love to have a copy so I could read offline. Thanks!
