YIPPEEE! Kier, you are MELTING, enjoy it! (boy I love when I'm right!)....my big excitement was the size of my arm this weekend (see VERB), I've lost an entire inch since January on my arms and over 4" from each thigh....arms count more because they are smaller and harder to reduce.

it's another day of mold weather in NJ....

Marb that's awesome! i didn't workout over the weekend but I did Friday and I'm going too before going out to dinner tonight Lethargic today bleh bleh gotta get some energy

Beautiful day here. Just love this sunshine. Not to much going on here today. Its so nice out maybe we can get some vehicles cleaned up, at least that way we are outside. My oldest may want to after her allergy pills kick in, the poor girl is sneezing like crazy!

Wow Marbles you sure are shrinking, great work.

April, my prayers are with your granddaughter. She's being watched over and I'm glad that the smaller hospital knew to send her to a bigger hospital.

Today I had to go back to work and it was okay. The withdrawal from the meds hasn't been too bad (yet?) so I'm am delightfully happy. I drank lots of water today and I ate right. Life is going good.
