breakfast: 1 wheat toast - 50 jelly - 50 1 c 2% milk - 120 2 coffee - 100 lunch: yogurt - 100 wheatgerm - 50 Wendy's fruit bowl - 130 cf diet coke - 0 fudgesicle - 40 yogurt - 90 supper: sausage - 200 salad - 250 exercise: 30 minute 2 mile WATP August Miles = 2 water: 64 oz total calories: 1180 |
Wednesday~8/3
breakfast: 2 coffee - 100 1 c 2% milk - 120 1 wheat toast - 50 peanut butter - 150 lunch: Italian Pinwheel - 250 Cantaloupe - 125 cf diet coke - 0 M&M's - 200 (I have to stop this!!!!) supper: boiled shrimp & jambalaya - 300 biscuit - 150 exercise: none *sigh* water: 64 oz total calories: 1415 |
