:goodvibes Just a quick hello from Carla's road show... 4 more days and I'll be home with my scales and my bike and no more excuses. Meanwhile, things could be a lot worse. Work is going well, the hotel pillows are wonderful, I found 3 pair of new pants that fit on sale at Eddie Bauer... (Of course when I say "fit" I exaggerate a little. One of them is more of an incentive to lose than a good fit.)

Most of the time I feel pretty good these days, although I seem to have developed some kind of hyper-sensitivity where I get all weirded out and stressed and panicked, but just for a very short time. I can only think it's from weaning myself off Celexa, and this is what it feels like to be normal. Unless I'm going slowly off the deep end.
