:D I need serious fellowship and an encouragement from others to battle the over 100 pounds that I need to lose. Two friends of mine have gone the gastric by pass route but I am afraid to do that. On a good note I passed my stress test at the heart doctors office yesterday so I guess all those heart pains that have me running to the hopital ER are stress?? Hoping to hear from others soon...........jiggling judy
