I just dread next year when it's 06/06/06!!!!! :yikes:

I hadn't thought about the date. That's sort of cool. PH why dread 060606? I must be missing something.

I have the day off today and have little motivation to do much. I think I should force myself to get on the exercycle and see if that will help. I've been doing good with my diet. So-so with the water and lousy with the exercise. Seems like I have that to work on.

Marie, I'm glad to hear your diet is going well, keep it up :D But I have to say this, give yourself credit for making progress with the other two issues, and what ever you do, don't let it beat you down. Thats my biggest mistake, if I'm not perfect at all three, diet, exercise, water, I tend to let my negative feelings about what I'm not doing well destroy my efforts in what I am doing well. Gee....does this make sense, I can't write very well lol.

It is absolutely beautiful here today! wish I could get outside and walk but you know how that goes..... maybe (just maybe) after work today I can get some exercise? but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

Just a quick hi-- need to get back to grades-- only 2 more days of school!!!! Yeah---to our college girl(s) teachers look forward to the break too. Sticking with my "milkshakes," it is one less thing to worry about.

Good afternoon everyone. Beautiful day here. Unfortunately I haven't really gone outside except to hang out some laundry, love those line dried sheets! Actually getting some cleaning done, hopefully that will help bring me out of my slump.
