Good Morning ladies..

A good day off so far today..well sorta... but still alot to do.. Did my workout this morning.. 4 days in a row.. very happy with myself there.. 75 minutes this morning

Really didn't want to do anything this morning.. but told myself to get my butt out of bed and get moving.

Still haven't lost but still staying at 151lbs. I really need to stay away from the candy.. That is my goal for today.. NO CANDY

I hope everyone has a good day.. I still have to catch up on posts from yesterday.. Going to get things done now and I may beat a little boy this morning, his mouth is getting the better of him already..

Liz..sincerely sorry you dont feel good in any way,shape,or form. They all "tie in" together.So hopefully you will feel better soon! I have had a few health problems lately too...especially fatigue which really bothers me because I like to consider myself a PERKY 55 yr old! So prayers are going out to you that you will improve in every way soon! Children require so much of our energy.

Speaking of children.my gransons Jake & Josh just left after spending the night. Jake doesnt go to school til noon so he can stay here on school nights! They wore me out ..between the park close by and the trips in the attic(Their favorite spot)! NOW for the house.I wont mention what their presence does to the house ............my bedrom smells like pancake syrup! hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm??????????????

Well gotta go walk MUST go walk WILL go walk after picking up the house a bit.

Bye...........11 yr old Abby is in program at 1PM! Oh boy.here we go!!!!!!!!

Do not think when your kids are grown you will have FREE time............honestly I dont want you you believe that because it IS NOT TRUE!

I have had a really crazy week and did not exercise, which I feel really bad about, but I did make myself get up early this morning and did 3 miles.

March Miles = 36

Ashlie! wow! a 75 minute workout today! and 4 days in a row! you are putting me to shame with all that exercise! YOU GO GIRL!

Cin - wow I'd be pooped too! whewwwww it's gonna be hard to make yourself go walk but I have faith in you - I know you'll do it! Hopefully it will give you a burst of energy if you don't pass out first! hehe Hope you don't find any syrup in the bedroom! sounds like another busy day for you!

Things appear a bit brighter today on this beautiful spring day! It is amazing how a few hours of sleep can make a person feel a bit better.

A bit of spring cleaning on my day off today. DD 7 is having a play date and DD 13 is still catching up on homework from being away.

Good mornign ladies:

boyoboyoBOY!!! My tail is draggin today, and I don't know why.....I could have slept another 3 hours.......I'm achey and crabby, go figure, something is outta whack, I think it is work stress, I found out yesterday that I'm going to be responsible for some additional new projects...OY! (I keep muttering my mantra---aslongastheywanttopayme, aslongastheywanttopayme) Good thing I don't have a real life.

I found my MIA bra!!! I haven't exercised for a week (BADBADBAD!) and it was hiding in my GYM BAG.... (kathy I checked all the doorknobs yesterday, I was sooo irritated with myself, when you live alone, there is no one to *blame*)

it's been a week of irritating events, my deadbolt on my front door decided to jump out of the outter casing, throwing pins and springs all over the place. Yeah, it's guaranteed for 20 years, but who can find the flipping receipt? So I went out and bought a new one, had a friend install for me because I just had my nails done and didn't want to mess them up!

Then one of my vertical blinds split and fell out of the track....of course the extra slats are stored behind huge boxes of Xmas decorations....the dog pooped on the rug, the cat ate part of cactus and then spit it up on the rug, both cats and dog have long hair and are shedding all over the place, it looks like i haven't vacuumed in weeks, when i do it every other day!

Actually I've coped better with these little problems then I used to, so I guess I'm improving my skills..........I actually just laughed about it and decided to have a glass of wine last night!

Just had to post again (am I talking to myself here?) As I was debating on what to have for lunch (I brought salad and boiled shrimp but was contemplating soemthing else...like bar-b-q wings or cheesesteak)....I ran into someone who had been on vacation for a couple of weeks, she said "YOU HAVE LOST WEIGHT, I CAN SEE IT IN YOUR FACE"

I could have kissed her......and am having my salad with lemon and fat-free italian. I wanted to hear those words soooo badly from someone who doesn't know my diet details.....

I'm no longer feeling crabby.....

just finished my lunch (or actually half of it.. I couldn't eat the whole thing) so doing my numbers on fitday and decided to pop in and say Hi.

cathy... Did you do your walk? after getting the house cleaned of course.. Mine is still a mess but just put the baby down for her nap and the little brat is a school now. He and I had a sit down talk before we left the house tho.. So now I have to go clean and when the little one gets up.. her and I are going to go walk and pick up her brother.. Walk Walk Walk...

I think ya'll are just too cute! it tickles me that ya'll are confusing me and cin today. haha We always joke about being twins and I see others are thinking we are a lot alike! I'll take it as a compliment!

I went to see the Podiatric Specialist (ankle doc) today. He has my x-rays now, but he wants to do more tests, and then he'll make a decision on what surgery to do. Hurry up and wait! Maybe God will heal me in the meantime I like this new doctor-he actually WAIVED HIS FEE for this visit, because of the problems with the x-rays . That's my kind of guy!

Sorry I can't post long, I am so incrediably busy at work its not even funny anymore. Some days I don't even get my water in and some days I don't even go to the bathroom like I should. Needless to say I'm sleeping a 8 pm.

I got in 1.25 miles yesterday on the DDR game. I think I’ve gotten back on my roller coaster ride tho… I got down to 353lbs, however its been teeter tottering the last two weeks. I just hope it’s a false sense. I guess we’ll see what happens come Sunday. I’ll jump on the scale and see where it leads me.

I’ve been doing fairly good with my eating, just that one day I went overboard with pizza. Other than that, I’ve been getting my water it, still struggling a bit with that, but I think I’m doing okie. With all the stress from school I’m just glad I didn’t gain everything back hehehe.
