Default Tuesday Chat ~ March 29th

OMG it's almost April Already...

Sorry haven't had my coffee yet.. waiting on it to cool a little.
new store hours starting this morning.. Open at 6am... close at 10pm So if I want to get a workout in before work... I have to get up at 3:15.. I'm so happy about that really I am

But I did do a 40 minute workout this morning.. so at least i am stick to my workout. Have a play date with 2 little boys and a little girl after work today.. I'm getting my son's friend (my husbands nextdoor neighbor's son) dropped to me as I walk out the door at 3 from work. The boys haven't really played in months and spring is here.. so it's about time they start again. Kiara loved the park yesterday and loves going down the slide with mommy...

Still half asleep

Hope Everyone has a wonderful Tuesday Morning.. With less rain in some parts

/hugs

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD Morning ladies!
Ashlie......you go girl Not only were you here at the crack of dawn but you have exercised already..BLESS your heart and good for you!

I woke up at 5 and could not go back to sleep..........but I slept well until 5 so I do not mind getting up. I woud do an exercise video but am afraid the TV would wake up hubby.

Tippy.my sympathy and prayers for you and your church family. The comfort is knowing HIS life changed other peoples lives and had an impact! It is still a difficult time I know.

I am mentoring a Male Leader..............he is not going to work in our city but it is interesting and the men really like seeing a man leading a WW meeting! He seems comfortable with both of my classes last night.

BBL later today in between meetings.

Have a good day you all!

good morning gang!

wow - it took me awhile to read thru the posts from yesterday and this morning!

Ashlie - wow! you got up at 3:15 and exercised already? YOU GO GIRL! I did not drag myself out of bed this morning or yesterday morning - my teenagers are keeping me up til midnight and I am draggin. I have got to change that. Have fun playing this afternoon!!

Cin - wayyyyy cool! a male ww leader! I think that is awesome! can see where some people would be drawn to that. would imagine he has lost a lot of weight? hope you have great meetings today! tuesday is your busy day? right?

Joanne - any news on the ankle?

Marbleflys - I sure hope you ac is working today? how hot did it get yesterday? In Louisiana when the ac goes out you may as well just go on home, bec it gets so hot that you can't even think!

Kathy - I am praying for you. Tinkering around with meds can be so hard on you! I have watched it throw my son for a loop! take care and take it easy! keep us posted!

Blues4 - hope your finances get better!

SueMarie - when I read your post I first thought it said you jogged 1086 miles!!!! I almost passed out! hehe then I reread it and realized it said 1.086 - that point makes a big difference don't it. sounds like some great exercise with the DDR (or whatever the initials were - I've already forgetten).

It's beautiful here today! and I'm trying to breath it all in!

hope everyone has a blessed day!

hugs,
cathy

It is a good day when you can pull your jeans out of the dryer and zip them up easily!

The air is circulating in my building today kathy, but in NJ we still have the heat on, it is in the 30s this AM....it was the fact that the air wasn't being exchanged and the heat was on full blast, driving the offices up to mid-90s.....nothing works right in government agencies....

had trouble sleeping last night, so i'm highly caffienated today, haven't been workingout in the AM either, I need to get back to the pattern, but so many detterents lately, seem to keep me away from both the gym and the tapes....I hear Billy Blanks "calling" me, but i ignore him....

Hey all, doing a little better today. Thank you Sue for the encouragement, it is good to know I'm not the only one who looks back with regret on some purchasing decisions. I'm sure in the end it will turn out okay anyways.

I like some others have not had my coffee yet just a banana. Got a used exercise bike on sunday, and used that for the first time last night. Pretty fun minus the pain in certain muscles typical of that kind of machine. Post-easter eating hasn't been great, but I am reminding myself that because I know I'm going to eat all that chocolate anyways, I might as well spread it out as long as I can and enjoy it that way, which will be healthier too. Hope everyones doing great and has an excellent tuesday(at least it's not monday).

Hey all I am sick with the flu first my hubby had it now I do. Both of my boys have had a fever the past few days as well. I am still hanging in there being sick doesn't make one want to eat so I suppose that is a plus.

Marble- I did the same thing yesterday with a jean skirt straight from the dryer and was able to zip it with no problem! Isn't it cool!

Stephanie- Wow on the 3:15 workout! I did my treadmill yesterday but I don't think I can muster up enough energy to do anything today.

Cin- that is great that there is men interested in leading WW cause around here it is mostly women.

Well gang I need to go rest!

Ashlie – wait wait wait! We got two more days before April hehehe

Cathy – Ooh! I’d be dead if I jogged that many miles LOL! Then wouldn’t have to worry about weight loss that’s for sure. DDR is that dancing game they have available on the Game Stations. I have mine on Play Station 2. I’ve also seen the game in the arcades. DDR stands for Dance Dance Revolution. Basically you watch the screen and it maps out steps for you to dance to according to whatever song you choose. Kinda like the game Simon Says (the electronic one) where you push the lights in the order it plays them. Cept this one you step on the correct position to dance to a song. Heheheh. The songs range from fast to slow. It’s a work out I tell ya! Fun and addicting too.

Tkay – I like your name tag! Rest up and drink lots of water. Get well soon! The bug going around is a nasty one! My whole family went through it. I seemed to have it the worse tho ICK!

So yesterday we ordered pizza from Red Brick Pizza. I will admit that I ate more than I should have. WAY more. Today, the leftovers are calling out my name. *grin* I’ve been good so far though. I will jump on the DDR with the kid again and burn some slices off. Hopefully.

I’m enjoying my week off from school. Cept I wish I didn’t have to work. Next week the middle school goes on spring break, so I’ll be off for work, but then classes start up for Spring term. Can’t win huh? Hehehehe… At least I’ll be off work for the summer, as for school. I’m still debating on if I want to take some classes. We shall burn that bridge when we get there I guess.

Hope everyone is having a good day.

Sue…
