Breakfast 1/2 cup Strawberry banana juice 60 calories I ahve to calc points 1 FF yogurt 2 1/2 cup oatmeal 3 1/4 cup coffee with cream 1 Lunch 2 slices light rye 1 2 slices virginia ham thin In case I'm goign to say 2 1 slice cheese 2 Dole fruit cup Snack carrots 0 apple sauce 1 Dinner maybe homeade lasagna maybe something with chicken depends on how lazy I am when I get home |
