exercise: none *sigh*
note to self: I have to get up at 5 to exercise
way too busy later!

2 slices virginia ham thin In case I'm goign to say 2

Dole fruit cup

apple sauce 1

maybe homeade lasagna maybe something with chicken depends on how lazy I am when I get home
