I do my workouts later in the day. If I am lucky, my daughter goes with me. I need to get more variety going, though. It is getting boring---treadmill and stationary bike.

Did 35 mins. on the ellip. machine and supposedly burned 305 calories......then did chest/lats and leg work...I'm still rehabing my fractured elbow, but I can now straighten out my arm and am working on getting the strength back. And my flexibility is non-existent so I am trying to get that back too.
I like taking him in the room because then I don't have to tell him whats going on; he's already there.
