Good afternoon Ladies
 

Well I got up pretty early this morning and ate breakfast.I had to go to the doctor today about getting my CPAP machine.So the visit went pretty well plus I found out I lost another 3 lbs. So for this month I have lost 11 lbs.My blood pressure was 102/62 which the doctor was very happy with along with the weight loss.My mom and dh are happy too! That means I am getting my self straighten out.
I have been doing alot of cross stitching also but sometimes I can't do to much at one time because it hurts my eyes.

Well I hope all is well for yall!

Just came by with some good news to share: My ankle is doing just fine! :D I can put more weight on it now, and in about 3 weeks, I'll have it re-xrayed, and if all is still well, I'll be able to walk with my crutches again ;)

Now I don't have any excuse not to exercise! :strong: :tread:

Lynnie – Hey! CONGRATS on the 3lbs! WHOOHOO!

Joanne – Glad to hear your ankle is doing well. The xray is to see if it’s healing correctly?

It’s raining here again… BLECH! The ground is still saturated from all the rain we received before. We’ve already got some flooding up by my work and on my way home I saw a roll over…. Sigh... I’m am thankful for this storm not being as huge as the last. The Lord knows we can’t handle anymore rain, especially those in areas that were devastated by the last rain.

Tonight there is no bowling league. My whole league took a bye and we will be making up the game later. One of my league members birthday is tonight and we’re all getting together tonight at a Karaoke bar (joy!) Actually the party is for the wife of one of the members of my bowling league. Wonderful lady! Suffers from arthritis and is unable to bowl anymore :(

But we are going to do a little celebrating tonight. So YAY for FUN! Hehehe..
