Just wanted to drop in and say Hello. Working the closing shift again tonight.
Have a busy morning so have to run. I hope everyone has a good day. I will try and play catch up when I get home. No Exercise today other then my 2-3 (2.5mph) walk at work on my lunch. My legs are starting to get sore..so I need a break
Going to start doing my work out every-other day or something. I will figure it out. I already miss my workout this morning. It always gives me a push in the morning and makes me feel motivated. Well have to run.. the little one is pulling ever paper I have off my desk

My sister used to have terrible migraines, and she couldn't do much for them but lie down and rest.

I agree with Craftymom… in this day it’s definitely an accomplishment!!
