nonfat strawberry yogurt - 120

Snack: 200

Supper:
chicken & cheese quesadillas - 400

Exercise: 50 minute 3 mile walk

and 1 tsp of pb i snitched while making dhs lunch (we're out of cold cuts!)
Lunch
2 slices whole wheat
1 slice bologna (dh hates it apparently)
1 slice cheese
mustard
apple sauce
Dinner homeade chicken soup with rice and beans and veggies
