1/2 cup oatmeal 6 oz yogurt ff 1/2 cup of 2% and 1 tsp of pb i snitched while making dhs lunch (we're out of cold cuts!) Lunch 2 slices whole wheat 1 slice bologna (dh hates it apparently) 1 slice cheese mustard apple sauce Dinner homeade chicken soup with rice and beans and veggies |
