  • Hi Cathy, Its me Christian....I cant remember my password and my computer is so slow that it wont let me retrieve it from my hotmail address, as you can see this has happened before so I had a back up name for this...pepper was my childhood dog so I thought it was fitting...well here is the menu so far....

    lunch- homeade chili

    supper- ????

    snack- sf cocoa

  • Well yesterdays supper did me in My DH took me for mexican and lets just say....nachos I am back on track today though so here is the plan...

    Breakfast- ?

    Lunch- homeade chili

    supper- at the MIL's house but she cooks VERY healthy

    my supper wasn't any better Christian - I had some fried shrimp!
    they were soooooooo good! but I should have fixed me a salad
    with it, and I just didn't feel like eating anything else.
    oh well - it's a new day!

  • Hey Christian (did I ever mention that is my youngest son's name?), your food on Thursday doesn't look all that bad - I mean the calories couldn't have been too bad huh?

    I was wondering tho - when you do have a day where you feel you ate too many calories and that it will cause a gain...how soon do you see your scale go up? I mean is it the next day? or does it take a few days? or do you just notice it on your weekly weigh in? I was just wondering bec everybody is different but it usually takes a few days for it to show up on my scale (which can be bad bec I think I have gotten away with something and one more little bite won't hurt)
