Good morning!

I am up early and getting ready for my job interview......feeling tired but the adrenalin will soon kick in I am sure...feel ready...it is a win win situation as I do love what I am doing now but this is a job that would be more of a challenge for me.

Hope all is well with you all....it is cold.....lots of snow and ice.....accidents everywhere last night.

What a night. I got up around 10 pm, sat on the couch, put the computer on, was sitting in pitch black b/c I didn't want to wake anyone up. DD lets out a blood curtling scream, I hurry to get up, basically throw my computer on the floor, went from a blaring lit screen to pitch black w/out the old eyeballs adjusting and BANG!!! I ran right into the corner post with has 4 pointy corners. I hit it w/my chin and I thought I had lost a few teeth. So I managed to run up the stairs in the dark, although I think the stars circuling my head lit the way calmed DD down, which was just a night mare. THen I ran down stairs for ice, my chin was bleeding and my entire jaw was throbing OY VEY!!! I slept prob 3 hours with an ice pack on my face. Talk about pain. Thank God I did b/c this morning there's only a little swelling and yes a big ol bruse. I am thankful thats all it was and that I didn't gouge my eye out. Lesson learned....lights stay on LOLOL DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I felt so stupid LOL

Whats up with everyone today?

Good Morning..

It is raining here... Probably will rain all day too I have to get some excercise in..Now that the weather is horrible I can use my treadmil but it is hard with the baby around... I can only do it when she naps. She just went down for her first nap and I just ate..Normally she wouldn't go this early but she keeps waking up at 5:30 am!!! So she is SO tired by 8am!
I should pack the kids up and go do some mall walking later...now to get motivated

Leenie, OMGoodness Are you sure your ok?? Poor dd also! My baby girl has nightmares sometimes too... So scary for them.

well goodness a gracious Leenie - that sounds like something I would do! goodness it could have been so much worse - like you said - could have been an eye or something important like that. Hey - turn on those LIGHTS girlie - LOL - what am I saying - I do the exact same thing. Walked right into the pantry door the other morning bec somebody had left it open and I couldn't see. Woke up the whole gang when I ran into it too. LOL ok new house rules here - if you're moving - ya gotta turn on a light to see what you are moving towards!

Dee - it is hot and muggy here. Woke up to 80 degrees at 5:30 this morning. Where is our fall. Did Liz say snow in Canada? wow! I cannot even imagine.

Joanne - I'm sorry it's a bad day! I am praying for you and your family! and you know I'm here if you need to talk. hugs!

Cin - thanks so much for posting and letting us know what you are up too! So this is what we have to look forward to when we turn 55 - oh boy! hope you have some great meetings today!

Am going to the doctor tomorrow because I have bronchitis. You know, the "cough until you puke and lose control of your body functions" type of feeling! And then last week, I fell! I still don't know why because it happened so fast. I was done in the bathroom and turned to leave and I was on the floor! Roger came running. After I got up and went to the bedroom, I realized that I had blood on my face! I must have bumped my glasses and I have a tiny cut by my eye. Other than that and a bruise by my knee I'm fine.

Not much else new. We have some family problems that I can't talk about, so I'm kind of quiet these days.

Joanne, hope your feeling better soon, hugs and (well no kiss, the jaw is SORE ) lol. My computer is okay. Its a lap top and I sit on the couch with it on top of a lap table, there's cushion on the bottom so it didn't travel far LOL !!!!

Cathy, see you ain't the only one that does stuff like that LOL !! Whats going on around here, are we all catching it from one another ? LOL!!! oy vey.

Dee, hope you get to hop on your dreadmill today. I hate exercise but when I'm done, I do feel better thats for sure. Hope you get some time for yourself.

Hey Tippy - so sorry you aren't feeling well! Tell the doc to give you some good medicine for your bronchitis and get you feeling better! and hey! BE CAREFUL!
I'm so sorry about the family problems! I hope you have someone closeby that you can talk to - I think we all really need to be able to share our hurts with somebody who can really listen! ya know, us gals are just like that! hugs!

Leenie - at least your laptop was ok! I think us gals are all too busy for our own good and accidents are bound to happen! oy vey is right! hugs

I sure wish I had something creamy and chocolate with no calories. YUM I'm craving some chocolate. what's the matter with me? I better fill up my water bottle again! YUM
