Default Weekly Food Log, 10/4 - 10/11

Good Morning Gang! I'm gonna go ahead and start this up. Just remember I will be gone tomorrow, the 5th til the 12th, so I won't be logging my food, but will get back to it the minute I get back. I hope everybody else will still post and stay on track.

hugs!

well Christie you deserve a day off!
I hope you have a great time at the apple orchard.
some down home cooking sure sounds yummy!
I guess you know that I have have about hmmmmm 8 off days WAH
but I'm gonna try to be good and keep my calorie count down.
if these ladies eat out 3 times a day (oy vey) then for one of those
meals I'll try to just have salad or soup, something light, hey maybe
even a bowl of fruit.
I will enjoy myself but I have worked to hard to lose these 12 lbs
I'm not coming back with a bunch of pounds back on.
see ya next week Christie!
hugs,
cathy
