Supper:

Exercise: 30 minute 2 miles WATP w/2lb weights
40 situps & 15 leg lifts

Dinner:
3 chicken strips- 6 points
potato wedges- 5 points
1/2 cup of mac n cheese- 4 points
1 biscuit-4 points
