Snack: 200

Lunch:
Burger King Grilled Shrimp
Salad w/one packet dressing - 350
caff free diet coke - 0

Snack:
ff pudding: 80

Supper:
hotdog bun - 110
weiner - 140
cheese - 100

Exercise: none today

Water: 80 oz

Total calories: 1350

Exercise:
40 Minutes Tennis
½ Hour Swim
(Starting Slow...That 2 week hiatus threw my body off balance)

Snack: 1 cup sf jello - 20

Supper:
grilled pork steak - 300
green beans - 80

Exercise: 30 minute walk

Water: 128 oz

Total calories: 1100
