Books for compulsive eaters

Howdy!

Does anyone know good books for emotional eaters or compulsive eaters ??
I am in need of a good book that helps address the emotional side of over eating. I don't want a Christian book though.

Does anyone know of books on Sexual abuse or childhood abuse related to over eating?

Try "The Courage To Heal." It isn't based on religion...and not biased..doesn't pick one over the other.

How about contacting Over Eaters Anomous (sp?). I bet they could give you some names off books.
