I've always said it, you HAVE to count calories no matter what you are doing, bottom line. Unless you run 1000 miles a day. :) |
I have always paid attention to the calories too.
Even when cutting carbs I watch the calories. actually, I have cut back on carbs but am into the whole wheat thing.. its working for me. |
