    can't help it when i was being raised my mom always made sure i drank alot of water...its a good habit to have..
  • I agree Lynnie, when we were kids (7 of us) it was water or plain iced tea (it was cheap). I'd rather have a glass of water than soda, but with this cold weather its hard to get it in. All I want is coffee or soup lol.

    50 cal - sauteed mushrooms

    Exercise: 40 minute walk

    So far so good, I am really trying to control it and boy is it hard. Yesterday I was starving plus I was home which made it very hard. I went a little over in calories but thats okay, I'll do better today Thanks for asking.

    Are you thinking about what to do, atkins ? south beach ?
