Well goodness a gracious what a mess they have here at the site. I'm surprised to see the forums up and running this morning???

I went into the chatroom yesterday and founds 5 or 6 people there several times. I guess people were desperate to talk since the forums were down. I even got to chat with Sweetpea!

So what is everybody up to today?

I'm gonna grab my coffee and come back as quick as I can and check in with everybody.

BBRRRRR!!! It is pretty cold down here fir us southern girls. It has ben below freezing saince 10 last night and it still isn't above the 32 mark.

I missed this place yesterday. I didn't even think about going into chat. Man I bet I missed some people.

Not much really going on I just have a few collection letters to mail so I will be back later.

Tippy I am sorry about disappearing.I got a phone call and it booted me off the net.
To answer your question though; I have no clue why he isn't doing anything.I think he is taking advanatage of my DH because he knows he is good hearted.

It's so good to see everyone. Thank God for Suzanne and all the others who worked so hard to get this site up and running again! :grouphug:

This past weekend was a heartbreaking one for our family. I was going over our bills when I realized I didn't have the DISH TV bill for last month, so I checked our account online. It turned out that we had $130 + of ppv (mostly porn) charges! I knew right away who was responsible. My DH and I confronted our son, and he admitted what he'd done. A lot of hurtful things were said, and we told him he had to leave. He went to spend the night with a friend. The next day he came back to introduce us to his friend (a guy he'd worked with), and to tell us he was moving in to his friend's apartment. He's only 17, he's already dropped out of school, and he won't be 18 'til June. He was back again Monday just to say "hi". He seems to be doing o.k. Today is the first day since he left that I haven't cried :( . All we can do is leave him in God's hands.

Eating wise, I'm doing better. Just one thing at a time, one day at a time. :yes:

Oh Joanne, I am so sorry! Teenagers are so difficult! They truly are! I will be praying for you and your family! Hey, I just had a thought....do you ever listen to James Dobson from Focus on the Family? our local Christian radio station plays his program everyday, and today it was on the power of prayer and about how this man prayed for his "prodigal daughter" and left her in God's hands and the amazing things that happened. It was very encouraging!!! You can listen to their daily radio program by going to www.family.org and go down to "Focus on Radio" and click on "Listen Now".

Hey I was surfing around the website some today and noticed some people that post on our board posts on other boards too. I was just wondering where everybody in here is posting at besides the depression board. I mainly just post here, and maybe pop into some of the other boards to just say hi to old friends.

Sorry to bust in here, but I was just reading the thread, and am one of the Alternachicks. :) We are a goofy, supportive, and slightly unconventional bunch of chicks with all sorts of different backgrounds. But the easiest way to explain is to come check us out or at least read our Bio thread.

Hey Cathy, I also moderate the Atkins boards so I do post there and I just check and read around on random boards to see if there is anything going on. I'll also check the mod's boards to see whats been happening.

Poor 3fc's I feel really bad that this had to happen. But at least we have something to fall back on.

Just get up everyone, brush your knees off and lets start again :D Things could be worse ya know !!
