You make a good point about water. In fact, there are many options on how to lose weight. Some come before surgery, and some try to do everything on their own. My motivator was a famous person like doja cat full body and yes she was often abused for her weight on various social media sites. But strangely enough she was able to pull herself together and lose weight beyond recognition. I read an article that explained her diet and workouts. Now I try to go the same way as she did.

I would just say avoid sugars and junk food

Many people just forget to drink water every day. Although it is very important to drink at least a liter of water a day, otherwise your body will simply suffer.

Agree about drinking water. Need to install a reminder not to forget about it

even water is necessary to lose weight , eating small portion is great why too ,so You do not need to deprive yourself of what you love to eat
