What part of your body to hate the most ?

I'm fine with the big tummy, it's part of me and I accept it !

What I really hate as a guy is the man boobs I have developed over time !

Women will likely say the lower belly that is pooched out or the cellulte, thunder thighs, rolls when sitting, sagging breasts, etc.

As a man moobs are awful !

I hate my belly , a woman at the pharmacy said to me; '' looks like you haven't far to go?'' i was like ''excuse me?'' and she pointed to my belly and said '' looks like you haven't far to go'' i wanted the ground to swallow me up lol i'm not pregnant haha

I am very confused by my stomach, I do not like that it hangs and looks loose. But as an evil, I have this part of the body is reduced last. My big hips do not bother me, I do not pay much attention to this, but a big belly that does not become less upset me. But I hope that in the end I will achieve my goal. Good luck

I'm male, and I've got to agree with Frank. I've had large boobs since I was fourteen, and I hate them.

You must do exercises to get your body in shape.

For me, it would be the back fat. It is not Cushing's syndrome but it is just this blob of fat that won't go. So I learnt to accept my body image and body type from here :https://mangoclinic.com/successful-w...-journey-tips/
I am conscious of medically supported feature too as it is really helpful . I get hunger pangs tha gives migraine so I can not leave food if I want to reduce some extra fat on me. All I can do is to hope that what I do not like on me is mamangeable through right diet, lighter workouts, and even some medication if needed.

I definitely hate my upper body. Arms, chin, neck and shoulders. I don’t care at all about my belly, thighs and butt, it’s that I have no collarbone, no neck, and no jaw. I look like someone who ate me.

hey yo! whats up. so I've been seeing a shrink about trying to become a better person through self awareness and growth. I discovered I hated my body sooo much I couldn't even take a compliment or even receive kindness. I realized i had so neglected my body it had become like a whipped dog. So frustrating and difficult to communicate with. i went to a PT who helped me navigate some physical issues. through the process i realized many of my physical issues were a manifestation of deep seated psychological problems.

So, when you ask me "Willy, Willy...how did you get so g*ddam sexy"

I will tell you like I tell everyone else..."All you got to do is FEEL sexy baby":carrot:

I hate my hips and stomach the most. I try to do exercise, squats and abs, but they don't work very well.

Is it helpful to hate anything related to our bodies? Shouldn't we instead hate what extra weight does to our heart, mind and lungs etc.? I think self hate about physical things is negative and counterproductive and we should focus on the things we LIKE about our bodies and our selves and the kind of people we are. That's just me.

Well... definitely my stomach. I've had the comment of people thinking I was pregnant.

Its funny, but something that has helped me feel better about it lately is I have the most lovable cat. He loves to kneed, and it always seems like whenever I need it the most he'll just up and cuddle with me and kneed my belly purring for the longest time. I feel kind of embarrassed sharing it, but it makes me feel less judgmental about my body----- I always feels self conscious around people, but you don't need to prove anything to an animal, the love you anyways. (He might love me less when I give him a shower later this week, but that's another story!!!)

I'm with you TREEMBBS. I feel being more positive is helpful.
