Stress Eating

  • It's a vicious circle. I feel unmotivated or stressed, so I eat. Anything I can get my hands on. Things would be different if I binged on vegetables...but really, how many people do that?

    And then I get down on myself about it and avoid working out. And then my anxiety takes over because I feel guilty about not working out. So I start stress eating again...

    Round and Round, over and over. I just want to break the cycle.
