hi my name is elizabeth im new to the group but not new to nutrisystem I was on ns two years ago and lost 30 pounds but got off and did on my own was good up until a few months ago went back to eating more portions then I should and gained ten pounds now I started back eating ns way and lost some weight but I just ordered ns food from Walmart the food seems to help get me back down ty for letting me rant have a blessed day elizabeth :)
