Finally!
 

i canty believe i am just finding this... its like my prayers have been answered... i too suffer from depression and it has a tremendous effect on my weight and my daily diet... when i am down, and i mean down to the point where i want to hurt myself, i dont turn to something drastic, i turn to food... usually fast food, pizza, wings, anything that can comfort me at the moment... after i am done eating i usually feel worse because i just swallowed over 3000 calories... for instance, ill get 2 double quarter pound with cheese and a large fri... that alone could send someone into cardiac arrest... it just makes me feel good and then crappy at the same time... i hate battling that disease and my weight at the same time... i struggle with so many issues it weighs heavy on my head... i need a break every now and then...
