Thanks. I don't think supplements was what 3FC had in mind when they started this site. I believe that there is a place for some supplements but they don't take the place of good old exercise and eating a healthy diet.

It's probably another way for the rich and famous to get some of our money....some one gullible will always do it... sorry but that's my .02!:^:

One can't take supplements forever. Most models & movie stars are always looking for the newest trends whether it be diet or exercise. I have no respect for that. Pills, supplements, shakes, patches, ad nauseum aren't the answer. :)
