    Ok its 7 pm and this is my first time on the puter today - if that gives you any idea what kind of day I've had, but I will still post what I ate.

    1 chicken & cheese quesadilla
    caff free diet coke

    Supper:
    1 zebra cake *sigh*

    1 wheat hamburger bun

    4 wheat crackers with cream cheese & olives

    some fried fish and salad

    a scoop of hot peach cobber

    Supper:
    shrimp and noodles

    Water: 48 oz

    Exercise: cleaned for 4 hours
