Ok its 7 pm and this is my first time on the puter today - if that gives you any idea what kind of day I've had, but I will still post what I ate.
Breakfast: 1 cup raisin bran crunch 1/2 cup 2% milk Lunch: tortilla chips & salsa 1 chicken & cheese quesadilla caff free diet coke Supper: 1 zebra cake *sigh* Water: 32 oz |

1 cup coffee with splenda & cream 1 wheat toast with all fruit 1 cup 2% milk Lunch: 1 wheat hamburger bun 2 turkey slices 4 wheat crackers with cream cheese & olives caff free diet coke Supper: some fried fish and salad Water: 48 oz |
Tuesday

2 wheat toast with butter strawberry drink (1 cup 2 % milk, 4 frozen strawberries & splenda blended in the blender) 2 cups coffee with splenda & cream Lunch: 1 slice cheese pizza a scoop of hot peach cobber Supper: shrimp and noodles Water: 48 oz Exercise: cleaned for 4 hours |
Saturday:
Everything not nailed down. From pnut M&M's to guacamole chips. Carbs: 10,000,000,000,000 :D |
