Depressed Because of my Stupid Body Weight

  • In Spite of exercising, eating usually right, 1 pill for energy a day rx, doesn't cause weight gain, but my lack of ability to work out for 2 hrs straight is my real problem. My muscles spaz out on me after about the end of my 1 hr workout, neck and back pains too.

    Workout just for 1 hour in a day but in routine.
  • Working out for a hour?Wow that is a lot.
    Have patience,if you also eat healthy and count your calories you will lose weight.
  • Nutrition is 85% of the battle. Eat as clean as you can, avoid processed food, avoid bread and any drink that contains calories. Not all calories are equal, fueling your body and making it happy makes a huge difference.
    Exercise is good, but you don't likely need two hour work outs. I've been having success with 3 to 4 spinning workouts a week, and those are 45 to 55 minutes.
