May 2- I swam 13 lengths of the pool!

May 3- I walked about 8 blocks.

May 4- I walked about 4 blocks.

May 3: Zumba (1 hr)
May 4: Strength Training class (1 hr)
May 5: jazz dance (1 hr)
May 6: Zumba (1hr)
May 8: jazz (30 min)
May 9: Zumba (1hr)
May 10: Zumba (2hr)

It's about time I got back into regular exercise. I'm going to try and do yoga everyday for the rest of this month.

OOOOHH! I love this!! :)

May 1-Weight lifting
May 2nd- Started interval workout but stopped after several minutes because I aggravated a previous foot injury.
May 3rd- Played two very lengthy games of corn hole with family.
May 4th- none
May5th- Weight lifting at gym and mowed the lawn at home.
