Dysthymia - who's with me?
 

It's a recent diagnosis (earlier this year). I am going after it without meds or therapy, and just through life changes.

I would love to hear from any of you battling it successfully.

I've pretty much had it all my life. Unfortunately, I've never found a way to beat it. I'll be interested in replies as well.
