Good Morning Chickadees!

It's almost 11:30 here but this is the first time I have been able to get in here this morning. Guess the site was down or something.

I got up at 5:00 this morning and did a 2 mile walk video. I am trying so hard to be good, exercising, drinking my water and eating right. Please please please let me lose some weight before I pop!

I'm fixing to go run some errands during lunch.

whats my gang up to today?

hi Cathy, I couldn't get in earlier either.

I HAVE to get the exercise thing going.. I hate exercise.. hate it hate it hate it.. always have and I suspect always will.. did I mention how much I hate it??

I'm stalled out on the weight thing again.. I know I'm not exercising nor drinking my water.. I could easily get into "beat myself up" mode, but I'm not gonna go there.... I AM sticking to program tho, and that's good! Because even if I'm stalled out, I feel so much better.

Hope everyone has a great day! we're moving son's furniture into storage today.. he has a new job (on the road) and his roomie was moving out.. so we got to go get it all on Saturday.. it's been sitting in our driveway with a tarp (on a flatbed trailer) since then....

Hi Ladies!
Cathy you keep going girl.You are doing all the right things and are bound to get results!

JudoMom....no sense in hating exercise..you already are doing it......helping your son move is physical activity...it is moving! That counts! We have to think of all the things we do that help and are good for us......you are already doing some things!PLUS being a kind and helpful Mother I might add!A little walking each day to start with helps also......then gradually you will find yourself wanting to increase it! Something I did when starting out and still do many years later is....each day I exercise or walk I put a big "W" on my calendar.then at the end of the month I see how much I did....not everyday but many days.I see the overall picture.............why dont you try that? I have learned its okay to miss sometimes..........it certainly makes me feel good bout what I am doing. (hopefully you will too)
