Mood "High" Symptoms, Loss of Appetite

I know that depression has loss of appetite for a symptoms, but sometimes I wonder if I have like Bipolar II or Cyclothymia. I have been told "no" before, but that was years ago. I definitely feel different, and maybe even better off my antidepressant. I just don't know how long this good feeling will last.

I have a less need for food than I did before, but I think I might not be eating enough. I'm afraid if I did, then this good feeling will go away. It's like Euphoria but at the same time I don't do a whole of productive stuff I should be doing. It might even have to do with those Beta endorphins that kick in when skipping a meal, but I don't think my body is in starvation mode. I eat around 1,000 or maybe less calories a day. But I don't want not eating enough to prevent me from meeting my weight loss goals.

I hope this loss of appetite proves that I don't have issues with my blood sugar like I suspected before while on the antidepressant.

I stay up late, but you usually get close to no sleep when you are Bipolar right? I think maybe I should get it checked out if I relapse or feel extremely low out of nowhere.

I'm sorry for all the random details, I just believe they are all connected.

I guess I was just wondering if you could describe what a manic episode, mania or hypomania feels like?
