Good morning Cathy

Just wanted to say hi.....DH & I are off to coffee with a few friends in a few minutes......It is a beautiful day here with the sun shining.....but cool.....+2C or +35F.......cold...but it will warm up.

I'm moved *puff puff, pant pant* to upstairs.. and speaking of stairs, they will be good for me.

Got my confirmation of permanent position today as I was getting ready to leave for the day! : (I've been term since January.)

Day 4 of Atkins today *vbs... so far, so good!

Hope everyone has a great weekend.. tis a long one up here for us Canucks!
